Salmon Cakes: Two Salmon cakes pan-fried til golden brown delicious served with a lemon wedge

1. Garlic Crusted Ribeye: Juice 12oz ribeye seared in crispy garlic before being finished in the oven. Served with fresh southern style greens and bacon along with twice baked mashed. 

2. Spinach Artichoke Pasta: Medium shell pasta in a creamy cheesy mix of fresh spinach and artichoke topped with balsamic glaze. Served with a side of garlic toast. 

3. Salmon Apple Radish Salad: Fresh spinach tossed in our creamy Green Goddess dressing along with thinly sliced carrot, radish, and Granny smith topped with a grilled 6oz. salmon cooked over an open flame.
