Canyon Cowboy opened it's door in 2017 as an upscale steakhouse,  offering an elevated dining experience with made-from-scratch entrees and shareable appetizers. It garnered many awards as a top destination in Riverside County during the last 7 years.  As of 2025, the Canyon Cowboy has closed it's restaurant location and now only offers catering.  With a wide array of menu options, you can elevate your event with delicious appetizers, entrees and more.
